Weird disorders-Pica Disorder
It is true that there are many strange disturbances that may or may not know about. In this post, I discuss disorder Pica (pica-pronounced as "pie-ka no pee-ka"), is alarming and bizarre. People with the disorder often have pica craving of eating things that are inedible.
I used to work in an installation for the retarded and developmentally disabled persons and witnesses to obtain first-hand how a person affected by these things which are strange disturbances to gobble uneatable. Other members were asked to give more attention and make sure that the patient does not have a hold of things, because this will tell you this gorge. I have seen really eat crayons, paper, and cotton candy wrapper. I also feel it is affected each time (to the patient with pica) is to use the bathroom, most times I have seen have difficulty in bowel elimination.
People with the disorder pica will eat anything, I remember watching a medical series for discovery health and was one of the stories about a woman who has a pica. To sum up the history was in the hospital because that ingestion of a toothbrush, and while he was in hospital, found two alkaline batteries and you probably guessed what next — Yes, in fact, ingestion. Suppose of course panicked, doctors were not that open, because this is still a fresh wound operation by swallowing other things before, but since the swallowed batteries, the surgeons do not have other options. In the end, yet to ensure and to take the batteries before creates more havoc inside her body. I hope your not bore you with my random stories!
I would like to point out that pica is different from the hair eating disorder. Will blog hair eating disorder called Trichotillomania soon.
Back to our main theme ~
Unfortunately, pica disorder also affects those who are normal. Medical experts often associate this weird obsessive compulsion disorder for a disturbance. Some would argue that the cause of the disorder pica is unknown, however, there is no evidence connecting the condition for iron deficiency.
Below is a picture of x-rays, a man with pica (which is a strange disorder) apparently swallowed a spoon.

Also you've acquired an image from Wikipedia. the following illustration shows the contents of an individual with a stomach disorder pica.
Come play your spy!
If you can start to require things that are not eatable, you might want to seek medical care immediately. However, you don't need to worry if your start longing after reading this post, I will have the same feeling when he wrote this!
Reminder: my random
In addition to the funny, let's not be granted if and whenever we find a friend or a relative page which we know is inedible. Also, if you have children, you might want to give special attention to them. We know that most children would swallow and put something in their mouths, especially infants does not mean that they have a disorder pica, but better be safe than sorry. Furthermore, it is not embarrassed if you have this condition, ask your healthcare provider and have yourself be assessed.
